Why I joined Bayer? My interest and career lay within the HealthCare industry and the move from public to private sector was a natural transition. Bayer Diagnostics was a company that I had close contact with during my Hospital career and was, therefore, the first choice when considering the available options. What I like about working for Bayer Bayer is a highly respected, leading edge Diagnostic company. There is a good environment of teamwork and the people within the company are easy to work with. Each day has different challenges and you are always encouraged to develop yourself. External Interests Reading, Skiing, trying not to be such an embarrassment to my 7-year-old daughter!

Why I joined Bayer?

After gaining experience of Bayer during my University placement within Group Purchasing, I joined Consumer Care with the ambition of working in Brand Management. Before doing this I benefited from gaining exposure to other aspects of the business, which helped to develop the understanding and skills I use in my current role. I'm confident that I will continue to develop these skills along with my career at Bayer.
What I like about working at Bayer
It's a cliché but no two days are the same. The variety of responsibilities means that one minute you can be working on a media campaign and the next sorting out production problems. I also enjoy working with a great team of people in Consumer Care and I'm looking forward to working more closely with other colleagues as the new business unit takes shape.
